Our team has owned and operated real estate agencies. We built Wurkforce because property work was fragmented across separate trades, systems and inboxes — with the agency still responsible for keeping everything moving.

Our Story

Inside an agency, the challenge is rarely one maintenance request or compliance check. It is keeping different trades, access arrangements, approvals, due dates, reports and follow-up moving across the portfolio at once.

We tried improving each part separately. The same problem remained: the agency was still responsible for joining everything together.
